CANCELLATION POLICY

• 100% Refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
• 50% Refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
• No Refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.

A refundable Damage Deposit is required prior to check in. *Cost varies depending on your length of stay.*  You will be fully responsible for any damage to the rental property or equipment caused by you or your party during your stay.

Guests will need to sign an additional waiver to use the kayaks and canoe.

A violation of this policy will result in immediate cancellation of your rental without a refund. Local law enforcement will be called to escort you from the premises. Possible legal action may ensue. *Maximum occupancy is 13 people.*

To ensure the safety and health of our guests both present and future, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed on the property. Violation of this policy will result in an immediate vacate order without the possibility of a refund.

THIS IS A NON SMOKING/VAPING HOME AND IF ANYONE SMOKES INSIDE, AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE WILL BE ACCESSED of $1,000 USD.

Be Considerate of Others! Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. If you have a bonfire past 10:00 pm, please be sure to take into consideration the volume of your voices. Embrace the peace and tranquility of our little hideaway and keep it down during quiet hours. Thank you!

• Cleaned with disinfectant
• Minimum 1-day vacancy between guest stays
• Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact
• All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF
• High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)
