Thank you for respecting our beach!
The beach is located across the street on the right-hand side. You’ll see a large sign that says Raymond Beach Private Association – members only. Occasionally, you may be asked by someone whom you are visiting, please tell them you are guest of 19 Caton Road.
There are four kayaks and one canoe, and one paddle board for our guests to enjoy. Each person must wear a life jacket while using the kayaks. This is a state law. Paddles to the kayaks are located under the screened porch. Please be sure to bring back the paddles and the life jackets after each use. If life jackets are wet, we kindly ask that you dry them out prior to putting them back in the closet. Paddles can be placed under the screened porch.
Two kayaks are located in slot 1 of the Kayak rack and the additional kayaks are located along the fence. *Please note the Kayak rack is shared among the Raymond Beach Private Association. Only the kayaks located in slot 1 are part of your rental.*
Children under the age of 15 should not use the kayaks, canoe, or paddle board without supervision and should always, regardless of age, wear a life jacket.
In the event that the provided life jacket(s) does not fit properly, we encourage you to purchase one and we will gladly reimburse you, provided the receipt & life jacket are left at the property. No Reimbursement will be issued if the purchase is taken from the property.
Kayaks should NOT be used within the roped off area of the beach, rather you may launch from the right side of the beach (just next to the rope). Plus it's easier to get in and out of them.
Please return the kayaks to the slot you found them in. Kayaks must be place down or on their side so water does not get in them.
Using Kayaks are at your own risk. Adult Supervision Required.
